Are there any drawbacks to a virtual office?

YES.  A virtual office is, as the name implies, a ‘virtual place’ for you to do business. It is a great way to enter a specific market, or to have multiple business locations, but it isn't right for everyone. Your customers won't be able to go to your virtual office and meet with you. We do offer some conference rooms for use throughout the US and Canada, but these are in select locations and on a case-by-case basis. A virtual office will allow your customers to call you on a number that is local for them, speak to your receptionist, and reach you in multiple ways. They can also send you mail at a local address which will be forwarded to you wherever you are.
